Cancelations

If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please give a 24 hours notice. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% deposit due at the time of rebooking future appointments.

No call or no show

Any no call or no show will result in a 100% deposit before a future service can be booked.

Late to appointment

I know life happens! However, out of respect to my other clients, I cannot guarantee the full service can be completed if you are more than 10 minutes late. More than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being rescheduled with a 50% deposit due for a future appointment.

WE LOVE CHILDREN, however, the salon can be a boring & dangerous place for them. We want every guest experience to be relaxing and enjoyable (including yours) so we ask that you please not bring your children or babies to your hair appointments. The salon is far from childproof and there are many hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects that could hurt unsuspecting, curious little ones.
